We may share your information for our everyday business purposes, including, without limitation, to maintain your accounts and to operate our business. We will also share your information in order for us to be able to offer our products and services to you.
Sale of Our Business. If we sell, merge, or transfer any part of our business, we may be required to share your information. If so, you will be asked if you'd like to stop receiving promotional information following any change of control.
With your Consent. Other than as set out above, we will provide you with notice and the opportunity to choose when your Personal Information may be shared with other third parties.

Managing Marketing Communications From Us. We will honor your choices when it comes to receiving marketing communications from us.

unless you have opted out of receiving marketing communications. We may also continue to use some of your information for business purposes and to improve our
offerings or in some cases to develop new ones. We will retain and use your information as required by applicable regulations and our records and information management
policies to comply with our legal and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for the detection and prevention of fraud.
Access Rights. If you have created an online account with us and would like to update the Personal Information you have provided to us, you can access your account to view and make changes or corrections to your Personal Information.

The Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you should not use the Services and under no circumstances should you submit information about yourself. If we discover that a child under the age of 18 has provided personally identifiable information, we will immediately and completely delete that child's personally identifiable information from our servers. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your dependents to use the Services.
If you are using our Services from a location outside the United States, your connection will be through and to servers located in the United States and all
information you provide will be processed and securely maintained in our servers and internal systems located within the United States.
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Services that are California residents to request and obtain from us a list of what identifiable information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year and the names and addresses of those third parties. Requests may be made only once a year and are free of charge. We currently do not share any identifiable information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
